What you can expect
Once you have booked in for a servicing or repair, one of the team will talk you through the process and make sure you have been informed of the work needed and the possible costs involved.
As soon as the diagnosis has been received, original manufacturer parts or those that meet the OEM standards will be sourced and used to carry out the repair. If any extra work is needed during the process, you will be contacted prior to the work commencing. If you currently have an issue that is undiagnosed, you will need to book in for one of our diagnostic services.

The rule of thumb is that you should book in for a service every 12 000 miles or 12 months. This is the best way to catch something before it turns into a serious problem and maintain the general upkeep of your vehicle.
When we do our full car service, we have our technicians look at the engine oil, oil filter, lights, tyres, bodywork, exhausts, brakes, steering, fluid and coolant levels, suspension and batteries. If any issues come up, we will reach out to you. Please contact us to request our full or intermediate service checklist.
We recommend a service is carried out every 12 months in order to keep your vehicle roadworthy.
